Model Source and XF Model Watch are run by Visionairy, 18160 Cottonwood Rd PMB 263, Bend, OR 97707, USA. Questions or requests: russ@visionairy.biz.

What we never keep

• What you tell discovery about your job, your example tasks, and the answers models give during a free comparison. They are used for that request and then dropped.
• Your OpenRouter key. It is read from each request and never written down.

What we keep

• Your account: your email, when you confirmed it, your approximate country (worked out from the network location your sign-in came through), and how many times you used each tool each day.
• The newsletter: signing in subscribes you to the free weekly email. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and once you unsubscribe, signing in again does not resubscribe you.
• Anonymous results: after a comparison we keep which kind of job it was (from a fixed list), which kinds of check were used, which models passed or failed and what each cost per task. None of your words are kept.
• If you subscribe to XF Model Watch: your plan and billing status, and the Stripe customer and subscription numbers. Card details are held by Stripe, not by us.
• Jobs you ask XF Model Watch to keep: only after you agree, the job definition and its example tasks, encrypted. We keep which models were tested on each re-check and their results, and a record of each alert we sent. Remove a job or delete everything Model Watch keeps for you at any time from your account.

Who handles it for us

• Fly.io runs the service, and Supabase stores the data.
• Resend sends our emails, and Stripe takes payments.
• OpenRouter runs the models being compared. Your example tasks go to those models through OpenRouter, on your key or, for Model Watch, on ours.
• Slack: we get a private note in our own Slack when someone subscribes or is refunded.

We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.
